YGGP is a non-racial, non-religious, non-profit making, non- governmental organization. It is based in Birendranagar-8, Surkhet, Karnali Province. The organization was registered in 2075 BS at District Administration Office Surkhet and affiliated with Welfare Council, Kathmandu and NGO federation too.

The Youth Listening Lab (YLL) is an inclusive and participatory advisory platform for the project that ensures youth voices guide which issues are prioritized and how solutions are designed, delivered, and communicated. This platform helps the project remain relevant, contribute meaningfully, and ensure that youth voices are amplified and reach the policy level.
