YGGP is a non-racial, non-religious, non-profit making, non- governmental organization. It is based in Birendranagar-8, Surkhet, Karnali Province. The organization was registered in 2075 BS at District Administration Office Surkhet and affiliated with Welfare Council, Kathmandu and NGO federation too.

Description of the project activities: • Training/orientation to the Enumerators on SEVIMS system for the HHs level data collection • Coordination meeting with Municipality and Ward Office for the accurate data collection for the HHs survey • Organize HHs visit by Enumerators in order to collect the data based on the given forms and format • Receive the data from the field and cross check for finalization in the main system • Finalize the final data and handover to the municipality for the implementation. • Prepare name of plate with QR code of each HHs and distribute to HHs • Operational the Socio-economic Vulnerability Management System (SEVIMS) within the Palika and handover the system to the Municipality authorities
