Description of project activities: • Mobilization of Youth Panel member to all 9 wards of Simta RM to use and endorse social accountability tools with the leading role of youth panel members. • Organize project introduction meeting and capacity building to Palika stakeholders on good governance practice • Organize training and orientation to Youth Panel members on social accountability tools and techniques • Orient to the Palika level stakeholders on local Government conduction act 2074 • Organize training and orientation to the SMC/PTA members of SA tools and right to communication • Facilitate the public hearing event at Palika and ward level and collect the voices of the citizen through the Exit pool and citizen report card • Organize the orientation the school going children on domestic violence, child right, life skill development, early marriage, psychosocial counseling and suicide. • Publication on social accountability and good governance practices
